Beyond excellent service. We had a 25 year old AC unit that needed replaced. Someone from the company came out and looked everything over. My purchase, from start to finish, showed me that ALL the people in this company really care about doing their best to please the customer. I got a great product, at a fair price, but what is MOST important is the piece of mind that the unit was installed RIGHT! These people really like what they do, and they enjoy being good at it! We were told by a separate hvac company that we needed a new a/c immediately because the coil was leaking into our furnace and could cause damage. I called Breeze Bros for a second opinion after they were referred by a friend and I read all their amazing reviews. They were able to squeeze us in before we were leaving for vacation (2 days later) and took their time to explain what was happening with the coil and furnace and no scare tactics. They shared how any liquid coming into the furnace was designed not to ruin the mechanicals. They explained our options for pricing and were even able to install the next day. Lydia and Calvin were our installers and they were fantastic. They even moved out a/c from our backyard to the side of the house for a minimal fee. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use Breeze Bros. Both Steve and Jim were wonderful to work with before, during and after. Highly recommend.

Start to finish was a great experience! The initial call to the office was pleasant and could tell the sincerity in trying to help because no one ever WANTS to call an HVAC company. Sarah (I believe that was her name) was able to answer questions and schedule a tech out in a timely manor given that everyone else I called was pushing me way out. I wish I would have called them first and saved myself an hour of phone calls. Once Steve arrived he was very respectful and personable. Took the time to ask questions to try to discover the problem and then also gave education throughout to explain why everything was happening. Steve was able to resolve my issue on the first visit at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed the interaction so much I signed up for their maintenance plan to try to extend the life of my 20+ yr old system. Cannot recommend enough!

Wow! I was really impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and kindness! Great family business that helped me with my AC when it appeared to be auto shutting off. Steve spent 1.5 hrs diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even double checked his work to make sure he had the right diagnosis. He also did a great job of explaining everything he was doing and why! I cannot recommend this company enough. Time and time again they have proven to be trustworthy. My family has rehabbed a 75 year old house in the country. Breeze Brothers helped us get a dehumidifier in the crawl space so our new retrofitted HVAC could run efficiently. My house has never been colder in the summer. We have their annual maintenance program so they can keep our system up to date to avoid bigger repairs. They are hardworking and honest. I recommend them to other friends and property owners all the time.

Jim was very professional and quick to respond same day to setup an appointment for us twice when we had problems with our heater. We thought we had resolved the issue the first time by replacing the filter but realized within a few days we had a larger issue with the inducer motor.Steve came out to fix the issue and he was very prompt, courteous, organized, and educational in his assessments and resolution.We are very pleased with how quick and easy the replacement process was and to have heat back up and running.These guys are refreshingly trustworthy, professional, and straightforward. Fast, friendly, and efficient. We contacted Breeze Brothers a couple of weeks back about our 22 year old furnace. They came out the following morning and did a minor fix knowing we wanted to replace it in the spring. Fast forward to this week when the furnace was acting up again…Breeze Brothers responded right away, was out within an hour to quote and then installed an entire new furnace/AC the following day. I hired Breeze Brothers to install a new forced air HVAC system in a historic house that did not previously have forced air. The short of it: I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience I had with Breeze Brothers from scheduling to service. Would not hesitate to do business with again.- - - - - - -I had a great experience from the dispatch call to them departing our home. My AC went out late afternoon and it was 84 degrees inside. I was looking for a company who could come out that evening around 7pm or so. Breeze Brothers was my first call. I didn't leave a message but was texted back from their company promptly.SCHEDULINGIt was too late for same day service so they offered a next morning appointment. I let them know I'd look for a same day but would contact them if I couldn't find same evening service. The other companies I called required me to leave a message on the other company's voicemail but I did not as I didn't on Breeze Brothers. I ended up not finding same evening services so spoke again with dispatch and got scheduled for next day. I received confirmation via text and was a smooth process. A+ Dispatching Experience!SERVICEBreeze Brothers confirmed and let me know when they were coming and provided a picture of the technician. Arrived on time and spoke briefly with me to understand what was going on. They went to work diagnosing the situation and explaining each step in their troubleshooting process. They didn't mind me hanging around to hear them step through their diagnostic process checking various aspects of the system. They found a problem and explained it and the cost of the fix up to that particular point. They were upfront that it could be another problem but replacing a malfunctioning part was necessary before checking for any additional issues. Ultimately, that ended up being the fix and we were back running.We ended up signing up for the maintenance plan so we can have scheduled check ups to hopefully catch any problems with heating and cooling before they happen at the worst possible time.Extremely happy with the experience. Also, even if I hadn't signed up for the maintenance plan, would do business with again and would not hesitate referring them to others based on my experience.

Steve serviced our 4 A/C units this date. He reported that they all were in serious need of cleaning as much debris had sifted down into them. After a thorough cleaning, filter changes, and testing he reported back on their status; and on the state of the furnace blowers operation and their needs, which will be a future consideration.I was quite pleased with his thoroughness as it gave me the full understanding of the state of our A/C units and the furnace needs of which I was not aware.

We called Breeze Brothers Heating & Cooling after we returned from vacation to find our AC was not working properly. Steve came out the next day for an assessment. We were told that a new compressor was needed and that they would order it and install it when it arrived, which happened to be Memorial Day weekend. My husband told Steve that he didn't need to spend his weekend fixing our AC, that he should spend it with his family, but he said that he would repair it for us. The part came in on Thursday and Steve came on Saturday and did the work. Our AC is working great now and will use Breeze Brothers again, they are prompt, polite and efficient.

Maybe the most pleasant and engaged voice I have ever received from a customer service person!He was able to schedule his brother Steve for my AC appointment later in the day.I received text updates during the day about Steve's progress.I was late in returning to home for my agreed upon appointment. Steve was waiting for me when I arrived. But rather than being upset at my delay, Steve was just as pleasant as his brother!Steve then patiently showed me step-by-step what he was doing, with both the inside and outside the house units. The part he needed to replace he had right on his truck!Steve explained, "When my brother and I worked for a big company, we were frustrated. Jim and I would provide great service but then be disappointed when the big company would send out another technician the next time to the customer who would not meet our standards. We really felt badly for the customer. So we decided to start our own company, where we would offer our customers only the best service and the best products."My daughter instead had suggested calling one of those "big" companies that Steve was referring to. We see their trucks all over town. But my wife once engaged their services and we had a bad experience. Big hardly ever means better. "Never again!" These guys are great. Estimate process was incredibly low pressure, yet very informative. I really understood what I was investing in by the end of our time. Install was smooth. I recently had Breeze Brothers out to service my A/C unit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Steve, the technician who came to my house, was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly.Steve did a thorough tune-up on my A/C, making sure everything was running smoothly and efficiently. He also replaced my old thermostat with a new Ecobee3 Pro. He explained all the features of the new thermostat to me and even helped me set it up. I'm really impressed with the Ecobee3 Pro - it's so much more convenient and user-friendly than my old thermostat.Overall, I was very impressed with Breeze Brothers. Breeze Brothers did an excellent job replacing my water heater. My old unit had started leaking, and in less than a week they had a new one in place! Stephen was quick, professional, and made sure all my questions were answered. He went the extra mile to get a catch pan installed and even fixed up some HVAC pipe he noticed was loose. Overall great experience!
