I called with a concern about our AC unit last night and breeze brothers sent Jacob out to look at it almost immediately. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in a way that made me feel confident that he earnestly cared about fixing this problem for our family. We ended up opting to replace our entire system, and Jacob took time away from his own family to coordinate with my husband later in the evening in order to get someone out first thing in the morning to take care of it for us. These guys are the real deal if you are looking for good people who care more about taking care of their neighbors than making a quick buck!

Jacob came to inspect my A/C today. He was on time, thorough and efficient with the inspection. Jacob was very easy to talk to, he listened to my concerns, offered me options. I purchased my first home when i was 22. A fixer-upper. The biggest nightmare was the hvac situation. I attached a picture of the old gravity furnace, and it had no AC. The gas meter squeaked constantly with inefficient the furnace was. When i got my budget together i called 3 or 4 companies for quotes on a whole new system and duct work.The Breeze Bros knocked it out of the park. First off, they were very professional and they knew what they were talking about. The first two visits were very personalized. They took a few hours to calculate things and run through options. Jim and Steve were crawling around the attic and crawlspace with me to ensure everything was what it needed to be. Most other places just went to the basement, looked for a few minutes, and gave a price. Breeze Bros were also patient when i told them i’d need a few months before we began.Secondly, they were very price friendly. I told them the ballpark i needed to be in and they accommodated. I cut some walls open for them and set them up in a few areas to help with budget. They were especially well price compared to other companies, and those other companies weren’t doing as much to actually heat and cool my home (wouldn’t do duct work, not using proper systems). Breeze bros got me what i needed, when i needed it, and in my budget range. Furnace runs great and actually reduced my utility bills. I recently turned on the AC and it’s been wonderful.Lastly, the install crew was amazing. Friendly people that know what they’re doing. They were very respectful of my space and I was never worried about letting them in my home. They worked hard and got it knocked out in a week (which is impressive for how much they did). The system also just looks nice. They made effort to tuck away ducts and run everything to give the most space possible in the basement and keep everything nice visually.Bottom line, these guys are awesome. It’s been hard to even find something to nitpick. If you want a nice family run business with friendly, well-informed, hard workers and a personalized experience, I fully recommend these guys.

After the recent power outage our AC and heat would come on at the same time. Breeze Brothers was willing to come out on a Saturday to help. They replaced the thermostat but discovered a crack in part of the furnace. Based on the age of the units and other factors, we decided to replace the furnace and AC units. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will call them again if needed and recommend them to others.

I don't think anyone prefers to have to replace their furnace, but if the time comes, give these guys a call. First of all, they give you an hour window vs a multi-hour or all day window, which is extremely convenient. Texts when someone is on their way. And they are punctual!I originally had them come out for an inspection, where Jacob was extremely thorough and noticed structural damage and CO2 leakage into the return air. When faced with the choice to fix vs replace, Jim (an owner) came out same day to get specs and review all my options. Ultimately went with replace, and they were there the next day. Offered to leave me space heaters overnight because my heat had to be shut off for safety reasons. Jacob and Lydia were super professional and efficient with the install.Followed up with check-in texts and even received a little token of appreciation in the mail a week later. Ended up signing up for the maintenance program which saved me more money on the entire process outlined above than the program cost itself, so I know I'll be in good hands for future inspections/repairs.

Obviously, in winter, it's tough to get somebody to come out, but my son had problems with his furnace, and there were some concern of carbon monoxide and Breeze Brothers were very kind to come out right away. Get the furnace safe and diagnose the issue. The first guy we had out was no help and just shut the furnace off. Breeze Brothers found the problem and had a solution ready for us the same week. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Furnace inspection. I am so happy I got the inspection. My furnace had a carbon monoxide leak! Ironically I had headaches and lethargy but never thought that my furnace could be causing the problem. I have a carbon monoxide detector in the house but it didn't detect these lower levels. No headaches since!

This family owned business lives up to it's 5 star reviews! Our 30 yr old AC unalived our 30 yr old furnace, so you can imagine that price tag hurts the change pocket unless you're unimaginably rich. However, I did not feel the usual anxiety and gut punch about signing over that kinda money to Breeze Brothers because I knew I picked the right family for the job. I didn't even bother to get other quotes from other companies. It would've been a waste of time. Don't go anywhere else. They explain everything. Even if you you have no clue what they're saying, they will dumb it down to your level. They also keep your floors clean, have a good sense of humor, and are very respectful. Our AC & furnace are unbelievably efficient and functional. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Beyond excellent service. We had a 25 year old AC unit that needed replaced. Someone from the company came out and looked everything over. They determined what size unit was needed and never once tried to sell things not needed. From the time of our first communication, to the day of the install: 2 days. Freaky fast time frame. Excellent communication and installation. Although I hope we don’t need a new unit any time soon — I would use their services again in a heart beat.Highly recommend them!

Great company! Steve explained everything in detail and was able to fix everything the same day. This was a pretty high end part that was quoted by another company, but I still felt it was too pricey. Well, Breeze Bros. in the end saved me $1400 - super happy I called them.

Please read the other reviews, they are all true! This Company (Sarah ,Jim, Steve, Lydia and Calvin.) have all worked very hard to EARN the praise that they have received from their customers. My purchase, from start to finish, showed me that ALL the people in this company really care about doing their best to please the customer. I got a great product, at a fair price, but what is MOST important is the piece of mind that the unit was installed RIGHT! These people really like what they do, and they enjoy being good at it! You can see the PRIDE they take in the product, and in themselves , when they walk you through the final inspection. We were told by a separate hvac company that we needed a new a/c immediately because the coil was leaking into our furnace and could cause damage. I called Breeze Bros for a second opinion after they were referred by a friend and I read all their amazing reviews. They were able to squeeze us in before we were leaving for vacation (2 days later) and took their time to explain what was happening with the coil and furnace and no scare tactics. They shared how any liquid coming into the furnace was designed not to ruin the mechanicals. They explained our options for pricing and were even able to install the next day. Lydia and Calvin were our installers and they were fantastic. They even moved out a/c from our backyard to the side of the house for a minimal fee. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use Breeze Bros. Both Steve and Jim were wonderful to work with before, during and after. Highly recommend.

Start to finish was a great experience! The initial call to the office was pleasant and could tell the sincerity in trying to help because no one ever WANTS to call an HVAC company. Sarah (I believe that was her name) was able to answer questions and schedule a tech out in a timely manor given that everyone else I called was pushing me way out. I wish I would have called them first and saved myself an hour of phone calls. Once Steve arrived he was very respectful and personable. Took the time to ask questions to try to discover the problem and then also gave education throughout to explain why everything was happening. Steve was able to resolve my issue on the first visit at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed the interaction so much I signed up for their maintenance plan to try to extend the life of my 20+ yr old system. Cannot recommend enough!

Wow! I was really impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and kindness! Great family business that helped me with my AC when it appeared to be auto shutting off. Steve spent 1.5 hrs diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even double checked his work to make sure he had the right diagnosis. He also did a great job of explaining everything he was doing and why! I cannot recommend this company enough. Time and time again they have proven to be trustworthy. My family has rehabbed a 75 year old house in the country. Breeze Brothers helped us get a dehumidifier in the crawl space so our new retrofitted HVAC could run efficiently. My house has never been colder in the summer. We have their annual maintenance program so they can keep our system up to date to avoid bigger repairs. They are hardworking and honest. Jim was very professional and quick to respond same day to setup an appointment for us twice when we had problems with our heater. We thought we had resolved the issue the first time by replacing the filter but realized within a few days we had a larger issue with the inducer motor.Steve came out to fix the issue and he was very prompt, courteous, organized, and educational in his assessments and resolution.We are very pleased with how quick and easy the replacement process was and to have heat back up and running.These guys are refreshingly trustworthy, professional, and straightforward. Fast, friendly, and efficient. We contacted Breeze Brothers a couple of weeks back about our 22 year old furnace. They came out the following morning and did a minor fix knowing we wanted to replace it in the spring. Fast forward to this week when the furnace was acting up again…Breeze Brothers responded right away, was out within an hour to quote and then installed an entire new furnace/AC the following day. A+ customer service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

I hired Breeze Brothers to install a new forced air HVAC system in a historic house that did not previously have forced air. From the beginning of my interactions with Breeze Brothers, they were attentive, responsive and communicated clearly. Each member of the team was kind, courteous and very professional. The attention to detail, quality of the work and timing of the work were all far above expectations. They were a great value and a pleasant experience every step of the way. And the stayed ahead of the pace of the other work being done and maintained great relationships with the other contractors on site.
